IT Account Management
|
Business drivers often require information technology organizations to deliver more in less time and with higher quality. At the same time, IT also needs to have an understanding of complex and cross-organizational issues in order to succeed. Success in this challenging environment is often determined by an IT account manager's ability to assess the situation across teams and apply tactful responses to keep projects on track and IT functions aligned with business objectives.
Bridge Mobility's experienced team of IT account managers understand the art of influence to positively motivate without having direct authority. Bridge Mobility team members have knowledge of industry best practices which include budgeting, planning and resource management. We know how to work with your internal IT groups and collaborate with them to meet their needs as well as the needs of the organization.
AT&T Wireless (prior to its merger with Cingular Wireless) and Japan's DoCoMo formed a joint venture and created a new subsidiary called Mobile Multimedia Subsidiary (MMS).
Our experienced consultants worked to help MMS achieve an industry first: to generate $1 billion dollars of new revenue from wireless data products. This target was incremental to existing revenue generated by voice calls. Bridge Mobility team members responded with IT account management and project management that helped to launch several landmark initiatives such as RIM Blackberry, nationwide Wi-Fi services and Windows Mobile devices with push e-mail. These initiatives quickly became very strong revenue generators by providing millions of customers with Mobile messaging, Mobile email and Mobile web content, including paid downloadable content. Bridge Mobility consultants worked in partnership with MMS product development and marketing teams to develop the billing, provisioning and customer care infrastructure necessary to support these data product launches.
