Most new business initiatives require clearly articulated needs, which form the basis of subsequent analysis for development of product or technology requirements.  Bridge Mobility understands that capturing a complete set of requirements is crucial to almost every project initiative and therefore brings to the table a proven methodology to elicit, document and review requirements with business stakeholders.

We take standard methodologies and customize them for each client because we feel that each client has unique capabilities, team participation and subsequent needs for the 'requirements document'. 

Some clients use the output to develop IT requirements or to develop new business processes while others will develop product features.  We therefore undertake a careful analysis of the client and take into account the unique culture, personalities, skill of team members and

know that gathering methodologies further by understanding that developing a complete set of requirements is part of an art that requires a careful analysis of the client and personalities, skills and backgrounds and then designing a customized approach for business requirement definition. 

No two clients exhibit the same behavior and therefore simply knowing a standard methodology without having an appreciation of when to apply specific elements will not necessarily get the job done.  We understand the softer side of consulting that can come into play when working with your team on this very important task.  Done right, it identifies the right direction and scope for the delivery teams to deliver the product or project that meets the original business vision.
